Qualifications:

• Must have New Jersey Elementary School Teacher, P-3 OR K-6 Certificate
• Must have at least two (2) years of teaching experience
• Effective instructional practices and strategies
• Knowledge of differentiation strategies
• Knowledge of Common Core Standards and mandated state testing
• Ability to collaborate effectively
• Knowledge of assessment and data analysis for instructional purposes
• Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and good moral character
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with students, staff, parents, administrators, and the community.
