Qualifications:
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field. Two years of progressively more responsible experience in fiscal or budget management. Previous Medicaid billing work experience preferred. Knowledge of the theory, methods, principles, and practices of fiscal management. Ability to analyze and evaluate financial and budget data and methods. \tAbility to resolve problems. Ability to prepare appropriate statements, reports, and budget submissions. Ability to manage assigned funds. Ability to effectively use automated financial systems. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Knowledge of generally accepted Federal and State Medicaid Program regulations preferred.
