2018-2019 SbD Re-Qualifying Talent Pool (for current SbD staff only)

THIS APPLICATION IS FOR CURRENT SUCCESS BY DESIGN STAFF RE-QUALIFYING TO THE TALENT POOL OR CURRENT MCL1s WISHING TO APPLY FOR PROMOTION TO MCL2.

If this is your first time applying to the talent pool or you are an RTT, SRT, or MRT applying for a promotion, please apply to the "(2018-2019) Success by Design Schools - Talent Pool for MCL2, MCL1, MRT, SRT, RTT".

Candidates re-qualifying to the Success by Design Talent Pool will be asked the following questions in their application.

1. I understand the following: I am only able to apply once between Nov. 20th, 2017 - July 13th, 2018; based on the following application I submit, the Success by Design Talent Pool Committee will review my application according to the screening rubric and job descriptions, and determine which position(s) I most qualify for in the program; and all notifications regarding the talent pool will come through the email I listed in my SearchSoft/MyApp account.
2. Identify your current school.
3. Identify your current position (RTT, SRT, MRT, MCL1, MCL2).
4. How many total years have you been in one of the Opportunity Culture teacher-leader positions (may combine Project LIFT and Success by Design)?
5. Upload your current, valid teaching license. Note: only 1 file can be uploaded.
6. Upload your resume. Note: only 1 file can be uploaded.
7. Upload your most recent summative evaluation. Note: only 1 file can be uploaded.
8. Upload your most recent professional development transcript and highlight/identify SbD courses you have participated in. Note: only 1 file can be uploaded.
9. If you taught a class, please use the "Impact on Student Achievement" template provided to upload your most recent data (use EVAAS or comparable state end-of-year test growth data, only normed assessments will be accepted). If you were an MCL in 2016-17, please upload the "MCL Supported Teacher" template provided to identify the teachers you coached. (first name, last name, email address, grade, and subject area). If you taught and coached, please combine documents for your upload. Note: only 1 file can be uploaded.
