Qualifications/Certifications:
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
Plan, schedule and direct employees in various areas of custodial duties.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. High school diploma or equivalent or special diploma required.
2. At least three years of increasingly responsible janitorial duties and minor maintenance in the field of electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and air handlers.
3. A minimum of one year in a supervisory capacity is required.
4. Master Custodian Certification as sanctioned by the Florida Department of Education required.
5. Licensed in Lawn/Ornamental and Structural Pesticide Application by the State of Florida or ability to obtain within one year of employment.
6. Valid Florida Driver License.
