• Ensure our quality curriculum standards are implemented
• Build a team of high performing ECE professionals
• Grow and promote your school with positive customer and community relations

What You Will Need:
• Bachelor's degree with 12 credits in ECE, child development or related
field plus 1 year of teaching experience in child care setting and 1 year of
supervisory experience OR
• Associate degree in ECE or related field with a plan of study to a
bachelor's degree plus 2 years of teaching experience in a child care setting
and 2 years of supervisory experience
• North Carolina Admin I & II
• Must love the challenge of tackling new and exciting tasks every day
