The Fellowship Experience

Whether it’s with the U.S. Department of Energy, the Library of Congress, the USGS, Department of Homeland Security, or the Department of Defense, you’ll be at the heart of national education initiatives.
Benefits of the Fellowship
Generous Stipend: Receive $8,200 per month to support your journey.
Travel Allowance: Up to $5,000 for travel related to your host agency and professional development.
Education Allowance: Up to $1,000 for your personal professional development.
Relocation Reimbursement: Up to $3,500 to cover moving expenses if you’re relocating to Washington, DC.
Health Insurance Stipend: Up to $550 per month for individual plans or $1,300 per month for family plans.
