Staff Needed: One (1) Coordinator of Behavior Analysts

Qualifications:

• Hold valid New Jersey Supervision Certificate.
• Hold valid BCBA Certification
• Hold a master's degree from an accredited University, bachelor's degree, or advanced coursework in Special Education
• Must have at least five (5) years' experience as a Behaviorist / Behavior Analyst
• Must be knowledgeable of N.J.A.C. 6A:14, Special Education Code, Laws, and Procedures
• Effective communicator who can provide professional development to BCBAs
• Must be highly organized and efficient
• Ability to train, interpret and assist BCBAs with the analysis of data
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with staff, students, parents, administrators and the community

Salary: As Per Negotiated Contract
