Supervisor of Instructional Programs
Academy at Maple Avenue - Cassadaga, NY

Probationary - 1.0 FTE
School District Administrator (SDA) or School Building Leader (SBL)
Salary Range:
$88,500 - $125,500
Qualifications Required:
Candidates must possess New York State Certification as a School District Administrator (SDA) or School Building Leader (SBL).

We are looking for an energetic leader who can implement evidence-based practices and has good communication skills and strategies. The job will require coordination and task completion skills to meet internal and external deadlines.

This is a supervisory leader position for E 2 CCB at our Academy at Maple Avenue site. We are seeking a dynamic, collaborative leader who has a passion for alternative education. The job will require an understanding of alternative education.
The job will also require hiring instructional staff and assisting in professional development planning and implementation. The Supervisor of Instructional Programs will have leadership responsibilities to support staff and students by being the leader of programming specific to our Academy at Maple Avenue site and issues that involve collaborative problem solving. The Supervisor of Instructional Programs will also lead classroom team meetings within highly specialized alternative education classrooms and develop targeted programmatic interventions and planning in conjunction with other E 2 CCB leaders.
The Supervisor of Instructional Programs will represent E 2 CCB when working collaboratively with component district personnel and community agencies, and will interact with various administrators within departments of E 2 CCB. This position will require collaboration and coordination through attending meetings of various forms.
