As a School Psychologist, you will play a vital role in supporting students’ mental health, well-being, and academic success. Your responsibilities will include assessment, intervention, consultation, and collaboration with various stakeholders within the school community.

Job Details

  • Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Contract Dates: Starting 2024 - 2025 school year.
  • Desired Years of Experience: While 1 year of school experience is preferred, all applicants will be interviewed.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Licensure: Hold a full School Psychologist License.

Classroom Type: Depending on the school site, it could be a General Education setting or possibly self-contained classrooms.

Caseload: Varies by site. Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and other professionals.

Age Range and Grade: High School, Middle School and Elementary students.

Specific Disabilities or Special Needs: The psychologist will work with all students with speech disabilities, including: Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Non-verbal communication challenges Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Specific Language Impairment (SLI) Articulation issues

Behavioral Management Approach

Behavior specialists are available to support students. Administrative staff regularly check in at the school buildings.
