The State College Area School District is accepting applications for a 37.5-hour, Monday-Friday, temporary Secretary for the Information Technology Services Department.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
  • Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate departments/individuals.
  • Assist administrators, faculty, staff, and students.
  • Answer phones and respond to inquiries via phone or email. Organize and distribute messages as appropriate.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying.
  • Perform data entry, word processing, spreadsheet, and database functions as requested.
  • Operate a variety of office equipment.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
