The Integrated Early Learning Center at Kennedy Krieger Institute is recruiting. The Assistant Teacher I- Float will support the teachers who serve a varied population of students with typical and neuro-diverse abilities in the Integrated Early Learning Center. The incumbent assists with the implementation of the program as outlined and with adapting instruction that meets the individual academic, medical, developmental, and technological needs of the students.

EDUCATION:

Associate’s degree or completion of two years of college equivalence required.

 

EXPERIENCE:

  • A minimum of 3 years previous experience working in a classroom of students with disabilities is required.
  • Experience with pediatric population preferred

 

RELATED TRAINING:

Must possess and maintain cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification.
