Position Summary: The Director of Enrollment Planning and Analysis for Tulsa Public Schools is responsible for developing, monitoring, managing, and reporting for the district's enrollment system (Enroll Tulsa). Leads the development and implementation of the district's Enroll Tulsa enrollment windows and supports, oversees the planning and analysis to determine seats available/school capacity, including the generation of all data supports, analysis, reports, and forms. The Director focuses on addressing key strategic challenges facing our families by providing support to district leaders and school leaders responsible for supporting our student recruitment and retention efforts, including leading the school resource input process to support school planning and budgeting efforts. The Director is also responsible for leading a team of managers, analysts, and specialists who deliver descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analysis - spotting trends and forecasting changes - and works collaboratively with leaders to organize solutions that deliver the right resources to schools based on their evolving needs. The director works with various stakeholders, including principals, district leaders, the data team, talent management, and external stakeholders ensuring that schools and district teams receive the appropriate Enroll Tulsa support and guidance, and well as ensuring successful implementation and monitoring.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor's in engineering, accounting, finance, economics or business
administration
• Master's degree preferred
Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc.:
• Working knowledge of descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analysis
• Working knowledge of school operations preferred
• Working knowledge of relational databases preferred
Experience:
• Five (5) years leading and/or supporting analysis and planning work
• Proficient at leveraging main analytical tools/softwares (e.g. Tableau, PowerBi, R)
• Student Information System (SYS) and K-12 enrollment system experience
preferred
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in project
management and software implementation a plus
• Grant management experience a plus
Other:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
