This posting is for a Full Time Mental Health Counselor (LPMHC) / Social Worker for the CR Countywide Programs supporting the Kent Elementary Intensive Learning Center located at W. B. Simpson Elementary for the 2023-24 School Year. This position may also support the other programs under Countywide Programs such as the John S. Charlton School based on enrollment. https://www.crk12.org/
Qualifications: Must possess: Master's degree in Social Work, LCSW from a Regionally-Accredited College or University or be a licensed LPMHC. A minimum of two years of social work experience is required for this position as well as one year of supervised experience in a school setting OR an internship of 1000 hours approved by the Department of Education and supervised by an appropriate school designee. Note: If you meet the above qualifications, but do not currently hold a School Social Worker certificate, enter that your license is "pending" and you have a "Standard" in School Social Work on your online application. SALARY: In accordance with the State of Delaware and local salary schedules, based upon experience and degree.
