2023 SUMMER SKILLS PROGRAM COORDINATOR (GRADE 5-8)
LOCATION: Amherst Middle School
SALARY: $36/hour (per the AEA salary schedule)
DATES OF PROGRAM: July 10, 2023 - August 10, 2023 (Monday through Thursdays)
ANTICIPATED HOURS: 8:00AM - 12:30PM (20-22 hours/week)
QUALIFICATIONS:
As the leader, the Coordinator will be responsible for all phases of the program including: preparing all official summer school communications to staff and the community, managing the budget, working closely with site principals, teachers and district staff to ensure a high-quality program that maximizes the student's educational opportunities.
The Coordinator will be expected to be on-site for the duration of the student day. Pre-program development hours and post-program reconciliation will also be required.

- Valid NYS Teaching Certification
- Must be fingerprinted through the NYS Department of Education prior to start date(see attached).
