- Ability to effectively gather information, document discoveries, and communicate with stake holders who have various levels of understanding
- Strong analytic, listening, communication, and decision-making skills
- Experience with developing flowcharts, presentations, and reports using tools such as Visio, PowerBI, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience in providing end-user trainings.
- Experience in providing end-user documentation
