Description of Service Opportunity:
The Elementary ELL Summer Program Coordinator will plan the summer program logistics for ELs in grades 1-8. The candidate will be responsible for:
1. Working collaboratively with the Director of ELL Programs, families, and teachers in the summer program
2. Leading the recruitment, registration, and placement process students for the ELL Summer Program
3. Ordering any necessary food services for the summer
4. Coordinating transportation
5. Creating a supply and materials list for the summer program
6. Ensuring families have completed ELL Summer Program Camp paperwork and following up with families who
are missing information

Minimum Requirements/Job Qualifications:

Length of Contract:
March 31, 2023 through June 30, 2023

Contract Amount:
Flat Rate $1,500.00
