MINIMUM
REQUIREMENTS:

• NJ Principal Certificate or Certificate of Eligibility
• 7 years successful teaching experience
• Such alternatives to the above that the Superintendent may find appropriate

ESSENTIAL
EXPERIENCES: Successful candidates will demonstrate experience in:

• Developing academic and extracurricular opportunities that support at-risk secondary students
• Coaching, mentoring or otherwise supporting teachers
• Planning professional learning experiences for teachers
• Collaborating with parents and community stakeholders
• Analyzing student achievement data and using it to inform instructional decisions
• Development of curriculum and/or instructional initiatives
• Contributing to a positive school climate
• Active participation in managing school operations, including budget, scheduling, testing, etc.

SALARY/STIPEND: Per contractual agreement

LOCATION: Lincoln High School
