Position Summary: Work with vendors and users to expedite receipt of goods, reconcile invoices
to purchase orders, resolve discrepancies and make appropriate system entries. This position is
funded with stimulus dollars and will be deleted once stimulus funding is no longer available.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
• High School diploma or equivalent
Experience:
• Two years Accounts Payable experience desired
Specific Training/Skills:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including advanced Excel Skills) and 10-key
• Knowledge of financial software desired
