Position Summary:

This position is responsible for the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of After Learning youth development staff, ensuring licensing and standards compliance for all programs, and After Learning program operations, such as learner enrollment and family communications. The After Learning Manager of Licensing & Operations is responsible for developing and maintaining clearly defined processes and structures for ensuring all programs comply with Oklahoma Department of Human Services requirements and guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education:

• Bachelor's degree in education, child development, human services, social work or related field

• Minimum 5 years' experience in the design and implementation of out-of-school time programs

• Minimum 2 years' experience in supervision and management

• Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc:

• Understanding of child and youth development, academic standards, and social emotional learning

• Understanding of Department of Human Services licensing and compliance • Experience working with a variety of agencies and community resources involved with students and families
