Prescott Valley Charter School is an accredited K-9 charter school that will expand to serve grades K-12 in the coming years.

We are in the growing mountain community of Prescott Valley, Arizona, about one hour north of Phoenix.

Our classical instructional model is based on a historical educational goal: To teach children to think and learn for themselves by providing the tools necessary for success, while fostering deep levels of inquiry that ultimately lead every child to discover his/her own truth.

PVCS teachers are hired based upon mastery of the academic discipline taught and ability to convey that knowledge to young people.

Certification for teachers is a requirement in Arizona. A minimum Special Education Alternate certification will be required prior to start date.

The school will assist candidates with the certification process, with the goal of attaining professional certification within an initial 3-year teaching term, at no cost to the teacher.
