- demonstrated leadership experience.
DUTIES
- Works as a part of a team at Middletown High School in support of academic and social-emotional success for our young people.
- Under the direction and guidance of the Executive Principal and Associate Principal, the Cohort Principal will oversee daily school activities and scholar service programs.
- Manage scholar supervision issues and enforce school behavioral expectations within the assigned cohort.
- Responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of cohort-specific programming including but not limited to academics and social-emotional well being.
- Supervises scholar support staff and acts on attendance, and truancy issues in collaboration with the Student support Facilitators within the Cohort ecosystem.
- Act as DASA Coordinator for specific Cohort.
- All other duties related to the position as assigned by the Executive Principal and/or Associate Principal.
