This is a voluntary summer position.

Programs will be held on campus and follow COVID-19 safety rules.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supervises instructional activities, which are designed to raise student achievement levels in process thinking, language development, and mathematics
• Provides leadership in the development and implementation of a balanced curriculum
• Supervises and participates in staff development programs
• Supervises staff to ensure that teachers and other staff members are using techniques of teaching that will be effective in helping students to achieve the intended program objectives

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Valid California Credential authorizing service as a school administrator
• Show knowledge of district procedures and administrative policies
• Exhibit leadership and communication skills with students, staff, parents, and community
• Display efficient organizational and management skills
• Ability to apply clinical supervision techniques as a demonstration

Please note that selected candidates will be assigned based on program needs. Selected candidates are expected to commit to the program for the duration of the assignment. Offer and continuation of employment is dependent upon level of student enrollment and attendance. Notice of employment will be sent to the selected candidates.
