VACANCY
SPECIAL EDUCATOR
Northeast Primary School
The applicant must be knowledgeable of Special Education Law, writing IEP's, functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans, adapting curriculum, and be able to work as part of a student-centered team. The successful applicant should possess knowledge and experience of research-based practices for the provision of Special Education services. The candidate must hold or be eligible to receive certification to teach in Vermont as a Special Educator.
The applicant must have earned a bachelor's degree and hold a VT license in special education or be willing to work toward certification. The position begins on August 23, 2023.

We are only fifteen minutes from the Appalachian and Long Trail, twenty minutes from Killington Ski Resort, and in close proximity to many other recreational opportunities.
