    PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
    The successful candidate shall have the training, skills and ability necessary to:
    • Serves as parent coordinator and will involve parents in the school community by working with the administration, the school leadership team, parent associations, and community groups to ensure student success by increasing the level of parent involvement
    • Be a dependable and results-driven member of a very large, coed, public school district working efficiently and effectively with staff, faculty, administrators, parents, and students from all member schools
    • Be knowledgeable, experienced, and capable in hosting events for the school
    • Be capable of managing multiple demands and responsibilities at any one time
    • Be knowledgeable, experienced, and capable of establishing and maintaining an inventory of school pantry
    • Be knowledgeable, experienced, and capable of using microsoft word, and other needed software
    • Be able to to assist with family support
    • Create newsletter communication for the school
    • Be capable of handling other duties as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS
    • Associates Degree/Praxis Exam required-Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred
    • Training and experience in fields related to social, human or family services
    • Established work experience with Cincinnati Public Schools, school community and parent groups preferred
    • Possess skills in assisting of young children in advocating and decision making for their families


    EMPLOYMENT PROVISIONS

    Starting Salary Range: $18.91 per hour
    Service Period: School year only
