Required

• Master's degree.
• Seven (7) years of progressively more responsible experience in teaching and administration or supervision, some at the secondary school level, with a minimum of three (3) years administrative experience.
• Postgraduate educational license with endorsement(s) designated as appropriate to the assignment.
• Administration and supervision PreK-12 endorsement.
• Knowledge of principles and practices of modern public secondary school education and an ability to apply them to the needs of the school.
• Knowledge of current secondary school curriculum and instructional practices and trends.
• Knowledge of public school organization and administration and the support activities required.
• Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate comprehensive elementary school instructional programs.
• Ability to plan and supervise and evaluate the work of instructional and support personnel.
• Ability to develop effective working relationships with students, staff, and the community.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
