This position requires a TX Special Education Certification plus 24 hours in each core subject area (Math, English, Science and Social Studies) Bilingual/ESL Certification, preferred.

Minimum Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree from accredited university
• Valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements
• Demonstrated competency in the core academic subject area assigned
• At least one year student teaching or approved internship

Special Knowledge/Skills:
• Knowledge of core academic subject assigned
• Knowledge of curriculum and instruction
• Ability to instruct students and manage their behavior
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
