ELEMENTARY SUMMER SCHOOL TEACHER - 2023 (20 POSITIONS)
SALARY: $36/Hour
LOCATIONS: Windermere Boulevard and Smallwood Drive Elementary Schools
DATES OF PROGRAM: July 5, 2023 - August 10, 2023(6 weeks)
HOURS: 8:30AM - 12:30PM (WBS) or 8:00AM - 12:00PM (SDS) - 18 Hours/week
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid NYS Teaching certification in Early Childhood Education (Grades B-2) and/or Childhood Education (Grades 1-6)
• Must be fingerprinted by the NYS Dept of Education before start date (see attached)

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The district is looking for Classroom Teachers to teach in our elementary summer school program (K-4). Summer school runs Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (SDS) or 8:30AM - 12:30PM (WBS), plus two (2) hours of planning time totaling 18hours per week. There will be five (5) hours of compensated planning time prior to the start of summer school.
