This is a FULL-TIME, 2nd Shift Custodian position for Magnolia Middle School. This position requires the individual to be able to climb ladders, consistently lift 50 pounds, and complete tasks as assigned. Specific hours may be adjusted depending on the needs of the building by the principal.

QUALIFICATIONS :
Applicant must possess a high school diploma; certificate of completion, and/or GED. Before employment is offered, individuals must demonstrate successful criminal background check; copy of high school diploma, 3 letters of recommendation; and all necessary employment requirements.

SALARY : In accordance with the State of Delaware and local salary schedules, based on experience and training. Full benefits package available.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
  • Individuals must provide documentation of high school diploma or GED, updated resume, and three (3) letters of recommendation.
  • All persons employed by the Caesar Rodney School District are required to submit a criminal background check and a tuberculosis test.
  • Anyone offered employment is required to provide the following: proper identification (Social Security Card and Driver's License), documentation of eligibility for employment in the U.S., completion of I-9 form, and completion of paperwork for the Delaware Child Protection Registry.
