WLT started with the education of teachers who were working with individuals with dyslexia. Now, in addition to our school- and district-level in-service work, the Wilson certification models are embedded into several universities� reading or special education graduate degree programs so that teachers are better prepared to teach the most challenged readers.

Whether educators work with us in their schools/districts or at a university, our goal is the same: to give them a high-level of knowledge and skill with teaching reading and writing to all of their students.

Our company is growing and actively looking to hire an Implementation Coordinator to our team.

The Implementation Coordinator supports school district and trainers within an assigned geography by ensuring all aspects of professional learning as part of their literacy plan are executed with precision. Provide departmental support with data entry, creation of customer accounts, training enrollments, registration and reconciliation. Coordinators also assist with the assembly of district historical and background information as well as special projects. Provide optimal customer service to both internal and external customers.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Develop a deeper understanding of Wilson Language Training (WLT) programs and how they are to be implemented within schools/districts.
  • Explore and become familiar with WLT systems and their functionality, i.e., NetSuite, SharePoint (OWL), Wilson Academy/Control Panel, and the Wilson Professional Community (WPC).
  • Prepare background documentation and district profiles as requested by Implementation Team members.
  • Responsible for the creation of all training sessions and online course enrollments associated with customer accepted literacy plans, in-district trainings and Literacy Resource onboarding assignments.
  • Responsible for the timely communication of registration information to administrators and trainers (including but not limited to Literacy Specialists, On-Call Trainers, In-District, and Partner Trainers).
  • Provide accurate, explicit, timely notifications to Literacy Resources of Project/Plan assignments.
  • Accurate allocation, maintenance, scheduling and reporting of Literacy Resources (assignments).
  • Offer and track training opportunities available to On-Call and Partner Trainers.
  • Accurately record information in a variety of databases.
  • Responsible for the efficient and timely shipment of training literature for all contracted professional learning events.
  • Effectively communicate with all members of the Implementation Teams, clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide administrators with timely confirmation of upcoming professional learning services and the delivery of the related literature.
  • Assist clients become acclimated to utilizing the FunHub Subscription including user registration and guidance for navigating resources.
  • Effectively troubleshoot technological challenges with clients.
  • Responsible for the reconciliation of enrollment information in the Learning Management System (LMS) (Wilson Academy/Control Panel).
  • Creation and maintenance of customer and account records in the WLT database.
  • Understand and display WLT�s values.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Sit at a computer station continuously for long periods of time.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to evolving technology.

Experience:
  • Experience in a professional office environment preferred.

Skills:
  • Exceptional accuracy and organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn Wilson�s business systems.
  • Utilization of Microsoft Suite applications including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint and Teams.
  • NetSuite, Zoom, and Learning Management System (LMS) experience a plus.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in written communication.
  • Adaptability to change.
  • Ability to work well as a team player.
  • Self-starter.
  • Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and productively in both an office and a non-office environment.

Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Associates Degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
