This will require the lead teacher to attend professional development and to work closely with other lead teachers and administration in the implementation of the vision of the school, including building leadership team membership.

Although this position officially starts in August, 2023, the lead teacher will receive a stipend for up to 60 hours and will be expected to attend building leadership team planning sessions and teacher professional development training during the Spring and Summer of 2023, prior to the official opening of the school in August, 2023.
