Job Description
Bennington-Rutland Supervisory Union seeks an Art Teacher at Manchester Elementary Middle School for Grades K-4. The arts are a deeply valued component of our schools and community. We are seeking a teacher that has the ability to develop a student's unique talents and foster a passion for learning and growing. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge and understanding of working, planning, and assessing in a proficiency-based system.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Working collaboratively with all staff including unified arts teachers, classroom teachers, special educators, and paraeducators
Creating units of study along with learning scales
Differentiating instruction and instructional materials
Monitoring student progress
Providing regular and meaningful feedback to students.

Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor degree Holds or is eligible to hold a Vermont Teaching License with appropriate endorsement in Art Experience in Art instruction Copies of transcripts and license(s) must be uploaded to the application for all licensed positions. Successful applicants to Licensed positions will be required to provide official transcripts to Human Resources before completion of the hiring process.

At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred

Citizenship, residency or work VISA in United States required
