Are you a bridge builder and a caring, passionate connector? This position gives you the rewarding opportunity to help parents navigate the education system, help educators communicate effectively and in a culturally sensitive manner, and help students and families access every resource available to them to achieve success. You would facilitate strong family-school collaboration with a focus on attendance, mental and physical safety and wellbeing, access to academic support, and helping families develop as constructive advocates. You won't be alone in this work, as your colleagues will include dedicated school-based counselors, educators and building leadership.
