The Essex Westford School District is seeking a Technician Supervisor. This position is in responsible for giving direction and oversight to building-based technology staff daily, ensuring coverage at key locations throughout the day, providing performance feedback to assigned staff, ensuring that performance expectations are met, and fostering staff growth and development.

Candidates with the following qualifications are encouraged to apply:
  • A minimum of five years of experience in the education technology realm, either as a network administrator or senior-level technician
  • Previous supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
  • Certifications in Microsoft, Google, and other networking technologies are preferred, but not required.
  • Hold a valid VT Driver's License
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, or related software
  • Ability to work independently with little direction.
  • Driven to identify improvements to systems and practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
