- A NYS Teaching Certificate or Coaching License for LACROSSE
- First Aid for Coaches
- CPR/AED
- Concussion Management Certification
- DASA Certificate
- GCN Policy Review
- Please forward (by mail or in person) your resume, two letters of reference, copy of current teacher certificate and/or coaching license, copy of First Aid certificate, AED/CPR certificate and concussion management certificate
