Location: Ransom Road Complex 3:00 PM-11:00 PM
Candidate must be reachable on Senior Custodian civil service list or eligible for provisional apointment.

Graduation from High School or possession of a High School Equivalency
Diploma and two (2) years' experience in commercial cleaning practices or
general building maintenance which includes experience in either carpentry,
electrical, HV & AC or plumbing; OR six years (6) experience in commercial
cleaning or general building maintenance, including experience in either
carpentry, electrical, HV & AC systems, plumbing; OR an equivalent
combination of above.

Possession of a valid Class D NYS driver's license

Additional Job Information : Supervises and participates in cleaning, moving
furniture and equipment, cutting grass, removing snow and
other ground maintenance. Makes minor repairs and
operates boilers. Trains new employees and evaluates
work performance. Performs other duties as required by
the supervisor.
