Salary Range: $62,978 - $90,180

Areas of Responsibility and Preferred Qualifications will include:

1. Highly developed organizational skills, ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels, excellent communication skills, rapid response to issues, attention to detail, ability to communicate with drivers on a regular basis.
2. Assist with resolving issues in the transportation terminal promptly consistent with statutes, policies, regulations, and directives.
3. Research, investigate and answer incoming correspondence and/or telephone calls received at the transportation terminal.
4. Ability to compile and submit required reports on transportation activities and employee schedules as requested by the Manager, Transportation Terminal, or designee.
5. Submit and approve time-keeping entries for assigned staff, monitoring compliance with the regularly assigned work shift.
