POSITION DUTIES

The main purpose of this position is to provide administrative support, technical assistance, and department support to the Program Manager II in planning, implementing, and monitoring the operations of WTC Administrative Services. WTC Administrative departments includes Admissions, AWARE case management system, Center Records, Financial operations, and special projects.

Job duties include:

  • Complete discharge auditing process for WTC consumer electronic records.
  • Complete application processing for DORS referrals.
  • Process new referrals to WTC using case management software program.
  • Complete admissions process for consumers receiving WTC services.
  • Complete data correction and changes to case management software program requested by WTC staff.
  • Complete fiscal processes for WTC staff and departments to include expense reports, internal requisitions, credit card purchases, and vendor authorizations.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.

Experience: Three years of experience performing administrative staff, clerical, clerical technical, or secretarial work.

Notes:

  1. Candidates may substitute 30 college credit hours from an accredited college or university for each year of the required experience.
  2. Candidates may substitute U.S. Armed Forces military service experience as a non-commissioned officer involving staff work requiring regular use of independent judgment and analysis in applying and interpreting rules and regulations in accordance with agency laws and policies on a year-for-year basis for the required experience.


DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with an electronic case management or similar software program.
  • Professional experience working with individuals with disabilities.
