Job Description / Essential Elements: Print
Answer phones; set enrollment appointments; assist in enrollment orientations; process registration paperwork; database input; create various school reports; create/request student transcripts; other duties assigned.

Requirements / Qualifications

Must have an A.A., A.S. or A.A.S., Degree, Microsoft Certification upon employment, Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Data Entry, Able to type 40 words a minute, Valid Driver's License & Insurance, Bilingual Preferred but not required.

Applicant must submit cover letter, resume, proof of education, university diploma and transcripts and three letters of reference from previous employer.

Comments and Other Information

Oversee all admissions documents, must be able to work on a network system. Complete student enrollments. Prepare all student files for staff. Schedule orientation appointments, Complete report cards, answer phones communicate effectively with parents, students and the public. Prepare class rosters, order transcripts.
