E ssential Functions and Objectives:

A ccountable for the execution and implementation of mandatory state and federal submissions. Performance indicators include working with multiple departments at all levels within the organization; project management; project accuracy; high attention to detail; and project completion on time, on budget, and within scope and state and federal requirements. Works directly on the October Count and End of Year submissions, which result in 84% of the District operating budget.

- Leads and serves as point of contact for the department on master scheduling, which includes working with the schools to gather all versions of school bell schedules, ensuring all schedules match, and trouble shooting with schools as needed to ensure accuracy and to secure funding.

- Works with various departments and schools to collect, review, and process documentation or information for various yearly submissions, including, but not limited to: October Count, End of Year, Report Card March, and the Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Directory.

- Collects, reviews, and processes documentation for the October Count audit to ensure the proper documentation is collected in a timely manner to submit to the CDE.

- Updates supporting documents, such as project plans, training manuals, quick reference guides, and process documentation, to align with changes within the Submission.

- Provides feedback and ideas for process improvements.

K nowledge, Experience & Other Qualifications:

- Three (3) years of experience with operations and project management support and experience with student information systems, such as Infinite Campus.

- Experience developing and delivering training programs.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Google Suite, and Outlook.

- Effective time management and organizational skills.

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

- Effective verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Effectively handles multiple demands and competing deadlines.

- The ability to take responsibility for one's own performance.

- Works collaboratively with others on a team.

- Aptitude for variety and changing expectations in a fast-paced environment.

E ducation Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree required.
