QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Associates or Bachelor's degree in business, accounting
or an equivalent of experience preferred.
2.Accounting skills, computer skills (spreadsheets, wordprocessing, and financial software), and effectivecommunication skills and the ability to work independently.
3.Five years or more of work experience involvingfinancial operations in a business or school systempreferred.
REPORTS TO: Payroll Supervisor
JOB GOAL: To process and reconcile monthly payroll deduction payables, maintain files supporting deductions and manage all ACA documentation and reporting requirements.
Terms of Employment: Twelve month work year/At Will/FLSA Non-Exempt
Starting Salary and/or Grade: Grade 71
