Job Description

Description/details: Experienced HC project manager who can translate business needs for HCIT team in order to configure technology to support HC processes.
-Understand various HC business processes across HC Ops, TA, HRBP and Total rewards and recommendpotentialWorkday solutions
-Prioritize HC business needs and capture all requirements
-Partner with HCIT to develop technology solutionsto HC business needs - mainly within Workday
-Manage requirements gathering, testing, change requests, and full lifecycle of HC technology implementations and changes
-Proactively identifyopportunities to leverage workday to manage existing HC processes
-Work with all HC teams to implement cohesive solutions for working more efficiently and effectivelyby leverage Workday
-Should have functional HC knowledge of core life cycle process, experience using workday ideal as a user and as a admin but not required, bachelors degree, interestin process improvement/automation
