Career & Technical Education Flexible Pathways Coordinator

Stafford Technical Center offers fourteen full-day technical education programs, each of which offers college credits or industry certifications to students as part of their high school education. Students are prepared for higher education and/or entry into business and industry. Stafford Technical Center has an opening for a CTE Flexible Pathways Coordinator beginning in the 2023-2024 school year.

CTE Flexible Pathways Coordinator: Stafford Technical Center is looking for a dynamic educator to work as our Flexible Pathways Coordinator. The Flexible Pathways Coordinator will assist our program instructors in identifying and implementing both post-secondary courses and Tier II Industry Recognized Credential that align with their CTE program and provide our students with a competitive advantage. They will also assist in the development/refinement of assessments for these offerings. They will work with the Curriculum Integrationist and Vermont Agency of Education to develop Programs of Study for each of our CTE programs in a manner that outlines a clear path from middle school to post-graduation. Additionally, the ideal candidate will oversee the management and assessment of the numerous Independent Study courses that are offered to Stafford Technical Center students to allow flexibility within their program while meeting graduation requirements.

Requirements for the position include a valid Vermont Professional Educator's License - Secondary Level (Math or Science preferred) and a minimum of three years teaching experience.
