Salary: Contract with School Board
Education: An earned JD from an accredited law school
Experience: Minimum of three years experience, public or private, with at least two years of [labor law] / [litigation] experience. Member in good standing with the Florida Bar. Knowledge of the principles, practices and methods of administering bargaining agreements, national trends in labor disputes in the public sector and litigating grievances through arbitration. Working knowledge of Florida Public Employees Relations Commission Rules and Procedures and state and federal labor laws and regulations. Must demonstrate strong oral and aritten communication skills and the ability to be clear and concise.
Preferred Qualifications: Ability to manage a fast-paced and often high volume workload and flexibility to work evenings and/or weekends, as necessary. Education law experience.
