Qualifications:

• New Jersey Special Education Teacher Certification with appropriate middle school endorsement
• Have the ability to engage and motivate students in learning
• Knowledge of New Jersey Student Learning Standards, Mandated State Testing
• Excellent classroom management
• Have excellent integrity and demonstrate good moral character and initiative
• Exhibit a personality that demonstrates enthusiasm and interpersonal skills to relate well with students, staff, administration, parents, and the community
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, using proper grammar and vocabulary with students, staff, parents, administratorsand the community
