Staff Needed: One (1) Coordinator of Autism

Qualifications:

1. Hold valid New Jersey Supervision Certificate
2. Hold valid New Jersey Certificate of Teacher of the Handicapped or Teacher of Students with Disabilities with content endorsement
3. Hold a master's degree from an accredited University, Bachelor's Degree, or advanced coursework in Special Education
4. Must have at least (5) years' experience as a Teacher of the Handicapped or Teacher of Students with Disabilities with content endorsement
5. Must be knowledgeable of N.J.A.C. 6A:14, Special Education Code, Laws, and Procedures
6. Effective communicator who can provide professional development to Autism teachers in Discrete Trial and Behavior Management
7. Must be highly organized and efficient
8. Ability to interpret and assist classroom teachers with the analysis of data.
9. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with students, staff, parents, administrators, and the community

Salary: As Per Negotiated Contract
