We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics/videos for a variety of media. You will be responsible for designing and producing an array of print/digital materials and video assets. You will have a thorough understanding of graphic layout and fundamentals, web components, typography, and video editing. Through your work, you will elevate Wilson Language Training�s mission, brand, products, and services by creating high-quality and professional looking materials.

You must possess a detailed and creative eye, be passionate, enthusiastic, versatile, organized, and collaborative. You will maintain a consistent high-work standard, have expert knowledge of current design and video editing software and be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final delivery. Collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders across the company, you will need to be able to take written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that wows.

Essential Job Functions
  • Self-starting, self-managing, self-motivated, and self-proofing
  • Ensure all design work is high quality, completed on schedule, and maintains design consistency across deliverables
  • Open to feedback, and approach changes with a positive attitude
  • Own designs and revisions of print and digital assets from inception to deployment
  • Utilize software tools to create/edit print, graphic, illustrative, presentation materials, web components and video editing accurately and stylistically
  • Analyze project requirements and determine most effective production
  • Ability to juggle a full plate of assignments.
  • Ask questions and be curious
  • Act as a thought partner to internal stakeholders on design and layout options
  • Take initiative to solve problems, or develop/change a procedure or technique
  • Help establish best practices and new workflows whenever necessary
  • Be accountable for your work and the work of your team
  • Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams
  • Understand and display WLT�s values
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills
  • Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
  • Typographic excellence, a commitment to accuracy and organization
  • Video pre-production: assistance in lighting setup, camera operation, set dressing, etc.
  • Video post-production: color grading, sound design, encoding, mastering, archiving, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within the Team and with other departments within the company
  • Ability to work on multiple jobs simultaneously while feeling comfortable with changing workflows and priorities
  • Ability to maintain and adhere to brand guidelines
  • Ability solves problems and seeks out the best solution
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to demonstrate effective influencing skills for work and concepts in a professional manner and when appropriate.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor�s Degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, Web Design,
    or equivalent experience required
  • Mastery of Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
  • Experience with Camtasia, Premiere Pro a must, Audition and Animate a plus
  • Experience working with a web CMS (Content Management System) and
    (Digital Asset Management) a plus
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Knowledge of accessibility for print a plus
  • 5-8 years of relevant working experience
  • 2-3 years of video editing experience
