- Valid Educator's Certificate or high school diploma/GED or post secondary degree
- Valid Athletic Coaching Certificate
- Valid CPR and First Aid Certification
- Previous coaching experience
- Physical Requirements: Light work, exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds of force as frequently as needed to move objects
- Satisfactory clearance of a criminal history records check and drug screening
ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

PRIMARY PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensures FHSAA regulations/policies compliance of all coaches and student athletes
- Determines eligibility of student athletes
- Prepares end-of-season reports for all sports
- Attends FHSAA clinics
- Manages c2c Schools website
- Secures contracts for all athletic events
- Assists school administrator(s) with enforcement of disciplinary action of coaches and student athletes
- Submits score reports for all athletic events
- Serves as host for district and state tournament/series events as per FHSAA rules
- Assists administrator(s) with hiring of coaches
- Provides input/assists administrator(s) with annual evaluation of coaches
- Secures officials for all home athletic events
- Secures transportation for all away athletic events
- Coordinates security for all home athletic events with Sheriff's department
- Schedules administrative staff for home athletic events
- Assists administrator(s) with budget expenditures approval process for all sport teams
- Coordinates athletic event coverage with local EMT
- Schedules staff coverage for all home athletic events to include: ticket sales, gate coverage, announcers, clock operators, scorekeepers, concession stand sales
- Oversees booster clubs to ensure FHSAA compliance
- Submits press releases to media to include: athletic schedules, fund raisers, collegiate signings
- Ensures gender equity
- Coordinates facility usage
- Inspects all athletic venues and equipment for safety violations/hazards
