DEAN OF STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT

The Caesar Rodney School District is accepting applications for Dean of Student Achievement at Caesar Rodney High School. Caesar Rodney High School is a grades 9-12 high school with a student population of approximately 2,200 students.

QUALIFICATIONS : The candidate must have a minimum of five (5) successful years of classroom teaching experience. Experience working in secondary education preferred.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
  1. Classroom Instructional Support and Teacher Professional Growth across all content areas (curriculum, instruction, and classroom environment)
  2. Facilitate 504 Meetings for academic and behavioral support
  3. Behavior expectations and school-wide discipline
  4. Utilize data analysis to improve instruction, student achievement, and school climate
  5. Daily lunch coverage, hallway monitoring, athletic coverage, and support for various events and ceremonies at CRHS
  6. Support for teachers across content areas (curriculum, instruction, and classroom environment)
  7. Support and assist in parent involvement / family engagement activities at CRHS
  8. Collaborate with the Administrative team to design professional development sessions for the CRHS staff
  9. Perform such other assignments and accept such other responsibilities as may be assigned by the Administration

SALARY : In accordance with the State of Delaware and Local Salary Schedules, based on experience and degree. Salary schedules can be found at https://www.crk12.org/Page/2370.

  • Individuals must provide official transcripts, if applicable, updated resume, and three (3) letters of recommendation.
  • All persons employed by the Caesar Rodney School District are required to submit a criminal background check and a tuberculosis test.
