Middle School Teacher
Saint Charles Borromeo Catholic Academy is seeking a qualified, motivated individual for the 7th grade Homeroom, Middle School Math (5th-8th) and Religion (7th/8th) teaching position.

Position Description:

• 7th Grade Homeroom Teacher
• Middle School Math (grades 5-8) and Religion (grades 7 & 8)
• Areas of Major Responsibilities include: Role model of our faith, Instructional Strategies, Classroom Management, Student Growth and Development, Communication, and Professional Growth and Development

Qualifications/Requirements:

• All teachers in the Catholic Schools in the Archdiocese of Detroit shall be certified and/or approved for teaching by the Department of Education for the State of Michigan.
• All teachers are required to hold the appropriate endorsement for the subject(s) they are assigned to teach.
• All teachers who are catechist (teachers of religion) must be certified by the Department of Evangelization, Catechesis and Schools.
