The job of Case Manager- Gravity is done for the purpose/s of reviewing student academic performance
and intervening when problems are identified, with the goal of providing support for students to stay in
school and graduate which includes monitoring and advocating for students,referring services, providing
ongoing feedback and encouragement, and emphasizing the importance of staying in school; and
developing, coordinating, and providing a high school and beyond plan for students receiving services
through the program, in partnership with school personnel, family members, and community service
providers.

This position is 8 hours/day and 205 days/year. Benefits include Medical/Dental, Retirement and Sick Leave. Open until filled.
